Submit through our Online Membership Application – You can pay via credit card or mail a check to: SFBA NARI, P.O. Box 1528, Elk Grove, CA 95759.  If you prefer to print and mail a membership application, email, and one will be sent to you.

NEW MEMBERS:  Dues are $515 + one time administration fee of $50 for a total of $565.

RENEWALS:  Dues are $515 due April 1 of each year. You can renew simply by paying online with your credit card or debit card, or mailing your renewal fee to: San Francisco Bay Area NARI, P.O. Box 1528, Elk Grove, CA 95759

 To be eligible to join you must:

1) have been in your remodeling-related business for at least 1 year
2) carry General or Professional Liability Insurance
(3) carry Workers Compensation Insurance if you have employees
(4) have a valid Calif. State Contractor’s License if you are a contractor
(5) agree to abide by NARI's Code of Ethics


Here are a few extras to make this more fun:

★ Each member who brings a guest to a Chapter event (meeting, training, etc), will receive an extra door prize ticket (all members get a ticket, the inviting member will get at least two!) Door prize value approx. $50.

★ First time guests will receive a door prize ticket as well (tickets usually reserved for members)

★ For every 5 guests the inviting member brings, they will receive the option of:

★ One FREE advertisement (logo and company blurb on an upcoming newsletter or meeting announcement), or ● One FREE chapter meeting entry (special events are excluded).

★ For every guest that joins the Chapter, the inviting member will receive one entry into a raffle for a Prepaid Pass (entry to all chapter meetings and events) with the drawing being held in June 2019. This is a $430 value.
