The (inaugural) Bay Area Impact Awards recognize NARI members and industry partners whose contributions demonstrate meaningful impact, leadership, service, professionalism, and commitment to the values of NARI.
Award recipients and nominees will be honored at the November 11, 2026 Evening of Excellence — Bay Area Remodeling Awards & Impact Awards at Evolv Surfaces, Berkeley.
Community Impact Volunteer of the Year Awards
The Community Impact Project of the Year Awards recognizes NARI members in NARI SFBA & Diablo Valley chapters whose charitable remodeling projects have made a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals, families, or communities. This award category celebrates projects that demonstrate compassion, collaboration, craftsmanship, and measurable community impact while reflecting the values and professionalism of the remodeling industry.
Award winners will be honored during the Evening of Excellence (Bay Area Remodeling Awards & Impact Awards) celebrating outstanding achievement and community impact across the Bay Area remodeling industry.
Up to four (4) outstanding members may receive an award each year, but all eligible nominees will be acknowledged.
Eligible Nominees: NARI Members.
Eligible to Nominate: NARI Member Company, NARI Member Company Individual.

President's Leadership Excellence Awards
The President's Leadership Excellence Awards recognizes outstanding leadership and service from NARI SFBA or Diablo Valley chapters’ Board of Directors or Committee Members during their term.
Award winners will be honored during the Evening of Excellence (Bay Area Remodeling Awards & Impact Awards) celebrating outstanding achievement and community impact across the Bay Area remodeling industry.
Up to four (4) outstanding members may receive an award each year, but all eligible nominees will be acknowledged.
Eligible Nominees: NARI Chapter Board of Directors or Committee Members who went above and beyond.
Eligible to Nominate: NARI Board Director, NARI Committee Member, NARI Member Company, NARI Member Company Individual, or Executive Director.

NexGen Awards
The NexGen Awards recognizes outstanding NARI members from NARI SFBA or Diablo Valley under the age of 40 who demonstrates exceptional leadership, professionalism, and commitment to the association and the remodeling industry. This award category honors emerging leaders who actively promote NARI's values, standards, and ethical practices while serving their chapter through volunteer leadership, committee or board involvement, and ongoing professional development.
Award winners will be honored during the Evening of Excellence (Bay Area Remodeling Awards & Impact Awards) celebrating outstanding achievement and community impact across the Bay Area remodeling industry.
Up to two (2) outstanding members may receive an award each year, but all eligible nominees will be acknowledged.
Eligible Nominees: Individual NARI Member (Under the age of 40 at the time of nomination)
Eligible to Nominate: NARI Member Company, NARI Member Company Individual, Self, or Executive Director.

Legacy of Leadership Awards
The Legacy of Leadership Awards honors distinguished NARI members from NARI SFBA or Diablo Valley whose career reflects exceptional leadership, service, and lasting contributions to the remodeling industry. This award category recognizes individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to professional excellence, community involvement, and advancing the values and standards of NARI through their work, leadership, and service.
Award winners will be honored at the Evening of Excellence (Bay Area Remodeling Awards & Impact Awards) celebrating outstanding achievement and community impact across the Bay Area remodeling industry.
Up to two (2) outstanding members may receive an award each year, but all eligible nominees will be acknowledged. Preferably
Eligible Nominees: Individual NARI Member (Minimum 20 years of service in the remodeling industry & Minimum ten (10) years of NARI membership)
Eligible to Nominate: NARI Member Company, NARI Member Company Individual, Self, or Executive Director.

Industry Partner of the Year Award
The Industry Partner of the Year Award recognizes an outstanding NARI Vendor Member or Industry Partner from NARI SFBA or Diablo Valley who demonstrates exceptional support of NARI, its members, and the remodeling community. This award category honors partners who actively engage with the chapter, strengthen industry relationships, support member success, and contribute to the growth and professionalism of the remodeling industry.
Award winners will be honored during the Evening of Excellence (Bay Area Remodeling Awards & Impact Awards) celebrating outstanding achievement and community impact across the Bay Area remodeling industry.
One (1) outstanding members may receive an award each year, but all eligible nominees will be acknowledged.
Eligible Nominees: NARI Vendor/Industry Partner company or staff member that demonstrates a commitment to supporting NARI, its members, and the remodeling industry.
Eligible to Nominate: NARI Member Company, NARI Member Company Individual, or Executive Director.
