The Board Chair is the master of continuity, like the conductor of a symphony ensuring smooth transitions during our organizational journey. They're the history book of our board, the go-to source for insights into past challenges and triumphs. In their spare time, they're the ultimate support system for our President, making sure our organization's story continues to be epic. The best part? They've got the past-president wisdom and super cool chair swivel skills.

The President is the Chief Goal Guru with a dash of charisma and a fistful of high-fives! Their role is to provide leadership, guide strategic direction, preside over board meetings, foster collaboration among board members, oversee the implementation of the organization's mission, and represent the chapter to external stakeholders, all while ensuring the organization operates effectively and in compliance with its mission and relevant laws and regulations.

The President-Elect/Vice President is our President's right-hand wing-person, armed with enthusiasm and a vision for the future. They're not just preparing to take the reins as the President next year but are already rolling up their sleeves to shape the chapter's destiny. From brainstorming creative ideas to charting strategic goals, they're the co-pilot. Need someone to step in for the President at a board meeting or chapter event? The First Vice President's got it covered!

The Secretary is the the stealthy scribe, capturing all the important decisions, discussions, and conversations into documented history. They might not wear a cape, but they're definitely our boardroom's unsung hero!

The Director of Membership is our membership magician! They're on a mission to keep our chapter buzzing with new members while keeping our existing members happily glued to the club. Think of them as the ultimate membership matchmaker, introducing fresh faces to our awesome community. They're not just organizing membership campaigns; they're directing the show with our Membership Committee Chair(s) and the Executive Director. Together, they're like the dream team of inclusion, making sure everyone feels the love of our chapter. 

The Director of Programs  is the event superstar, the magician behind the curtain, and the orchestra conductor, all rolled into one! They're in charge of making sure our chapter meetings and special events are not just a place to fill up but a place to be filled with awe. From fascinating educational speakers to informative sessions, they're the mastermind behind our monthly dose of wisdom and fun. When they're not creating an annual program schedule, he/she is booking speakers and host/sponsor locations like it's a piece of cake. 

The Director of Education is like the chief NARI education knowledge officer and the motivational guru, all rolled into one! They're on a mission to quench our members' thirst for knowledge. It's not just about educational events and certification classes; it's about delivering what our members want. And when it comes to NARI Certifications, they're not just cheerleaders; they're the coaches, pushing our members to achieve excellence and stand out in the industry. Think of them as the driving force behind our collective quest for industry superiority.

The Director of Marketing in collaboration with the Marketing Chair and Executive Director is our creative commander-in-chief and the mastermind behind the spotlight! They're in charge of painting our chapter's picture in the most vibrant colors, creating campaigns that make our programs, services, events, and benefits pop like a firework show. Think of them as the storytellers, weaving narratives that enrich our members' experience and entice new members to join the NARI family. 

The Director of Community Outreach is on a mission to bridge our chapter with the local community, ensuring our presence shines like a star. It's about promoting our name and community service projects with a touch of pizzazz! 

Your part-time Executive Director (ED) has a business contract with the chapter with the scope of work that is essentially running a small professional non-profit. Major responsibilities are divided into these categories: 

1. Governance: serves as a non-voting board member; informs, educates, advises, trains, and partners with the governing body.
2. Administration: overseeing all daily business and financial administration of the organization.
   
3. Events Co-Management: partnering with Programs, Education and Marketing committees with promotions, registration, logistics, event day and post event tasks.
   
4. Committees Management or Co-Oversight with Board of Directors: can step into interim committee chair roles when vacancy or during transition of new board VP or committee chair.
