This directory is a list of contractors in Alameda County and the Bay Area who have successfully completed the Certified Green Building Professional course.
The Certified Green Building Professional course was developed by the Alameda County Waste Management Authority (ACWMA) and the SFBA NARI with the intent to provide residents of Alameda and beyond a list of contractors who are knowledgeable about green building. Listing in this directory should not be construed as a recommendation for products or services, or as an endorsement by the Alameda County Waste Management Authority or the Alameda County Source Reduction and Recycling Board. This information is provided as a public service to promote the use of sustainable building materials and practices to reduce the amount of materials landfilled.
Contractors listed in this directory have completed the Certified Green Building Contractor course and passed a final exam. The ACWMA and SFBA NARI can not guarantee that certified contractors are using green building materials and methods in practice. This list is maintained by SFBA NARI.
