Guests of Chapter Members Policy

Invited guests of SFBA NARI members are offered a complimentary 1st chapter meeting.

Solicitation Policy 

  • Solicitation at Meetings: Solicitation of business at any meeting (i.e. distributing material or making a presentation) held in conjunction with a NARI Dinner Meeting or any other Association meeting or function, must be approved in advance by the President and/or the Executive Director. Distribution or posting of material for any program, service, or event that is in conflict with any NARI program, service, or event is strictly prohibited.
  • Solicitation to NARI Members or Non-members: Any member company who solicits business from other members or non-members may state verbally or on the written communication that his company is a member of NARI. However, the solicitation must clearly state that the communication is from the member, not from NARI itself, and no representation shall be made that the soliciting business is sponsored by NARI, unless an agreement has been signed and is on file at the NARI office.
  • Guidelines for “testimonials and endorsements” are stated in the NARI National “Standards of Practice” which can be obtained on the NARI National website: https://www.nari.org/about/standards-of-practice

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If there are registration fees, you may cancel up to 24 hours before the meeting begins and request to receive a full refund or have credit applied for a future meeting (except Remmies) in the same year. No shows or same-day cancellations will not receive a refund.
