“Market Now! A Remodelers Blueprint in Changing Times”
presented by Ann Gusiff (see bio below)

Just because you’re not sure what the 2nd half of 2020 holds for your business doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be actively marketing. Quite the opposite. Now is the time to take marketing more seriously, to evaluate and adjust to the new normal and to take action so that you can fill your pipeline with your ideal clients and projects.

The businesses expected to thrive and grow are those that take the time to strategize, plan, and implement tactics. In this uncertain time, what we do know is that it’s more important than ever to focus on your online presence. Without that, the quality of your craft or how long you’ve been in business will take a backseat to those companies that have leveraged the latest digital marketing. Join us and learn how you can make a difference without hiring a marketing manager.

Learning objectives - You’ll come away knowing:

  • Why you should step up your marketing now and what steps to take to create a realistic plan

  • How to strengthen your company’s online presence so that you can continue to be found online and attract qualified leads

  • The elements of a Covid-19 Response page so you can keep people up-to-date on what you’re doing to keep clients, staff and subs safe, along with the resources to make it easy

  • What are the best marketing opportunities for remodelers for solid ROI in this uncertain climate

During this time, she recognized her gift for making marketing concepts accessible to people without marketing backgrounds.

Ann served on the board of North Bay NARI in Marin County, California before she moved to Seattle in 2018. She’s an active member of NARI, NAHB, Master Builders Association (Seattle) and the Marin Builders Association.

Ann earned her MBA from UCLA Anderson in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies and previously worked in brand management for consumer products companies and founded successful So. Cal. nonprofit, Clothes The Deal in 1995. In her spare time Ann sews masks and gardens. This year she’s particularly excited about having a plot in her local community garden to get her out of the house.

Ann moved from Marin to the Seattle area in 2018 with her husband, 3 kids and 2 dogs. While not working, she enjoys hiking, biking, watercolor painting, and gardening. This summer she’s grateful that she can enjoy all of those while social distancing.
