Is Technology a Time Saver or Time Waster?

Description:
The old computer adage "Garbage In, Garbage Out" is true. While technology should streamline work, it sometimes causes more work, particularly in an industry as complex as construction. Work is done off-site; estimators, accounting personnel, and project managers may all use separate systems; multiple projects must be managed/updated daily. Attend this session to get an overview of technology options (note, this is not a sales presentation, but a survey course on available technology)

Session Objectives:

  *   Explore different programs and applications available for contractors
  *   Analyze how to integrate technology within your company
  *   Obtain an overall understanding of accounting, project management, time tracking and other solutions available
  *   Discover ways to reduce multiple information sources and data input
